Payment methods:
PayPal and Google Checkout.

Sales tax:  8.4% if shipped to Washington State.

Shipping carriers:  UPS.
Arla's may change carriers to USPS, DHL or FedEx to expedite your order.

Orders are insured up to $100.

Domestic handling time:
Most orders ship within 24/48 hours, Monday-Friday, of payment being received or cleared by PayPal or Google Checkout.

If for any reason your order is going to be delayed, we will email you immediately. 

Orders ship only to a confirmed shipping address provided by PayPal or Google Checkout.

Arla's Store Return Policy:

Item must be returned within 14 Days.

Return Policy Details:

If you have received an item that does not match the *description, simply  Contact Us  so that we can assist you in returning the item for a full refund.  Item will need to be returned within 14 days in the same condition as when it was received and a full refund, including shipping, will be issued.

Refund will be given via PayPal or Google Checkout.
